At the present time we are riding in small groups and this group was stopping off to enjoy the views from the top of the Weaver Hills en route to the Ramblers Retreat in Dimmingsdale on 20 August 2020. They took in the Manifold Valley Trail and the Churnet Valley Trail which are fine for road bikes.
If you would like more information about any aspect of the club why not come along to one of the Monday club room meetings or turn up to one of the Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday or Sunday rides. If you join one of our rides as a guest rider you will need to complete a guest rider form which will request an in-case of emergency number ICE – this form can be obtained from the ride leader or from the notice board in the Wheatbridge Cafe.
If you find that the club is doing what you like to do we generally suggest that after three events you may like to sign up and become a member.
Membership from October 2018
From October 2018 all new and existing members must complete, sign and return our new membership form. The form can be printed out and given to our membership secretary on our Monday evening social evening or it can be completed and emailed to him using the link below. Information about how to pay can be found on the membership form.
Can we remind everyone that it is a requirement of the club that all members have some form of third party insurance to cover them when cycling. Your insurance policy details must be entered on the new membership form, or if you are a member of Cycling UK or British Cycling your membership number. (British Cycling bronze membership does not give third-party insurance cover).
